Your Emotional Support Pouch Includes:

• The Granny Plush: Granny represents a calm, non-judgmental presence designed to provide comfort during moments of stress or reflection.

• The "Worry Spot" Notepad: A dedicated space for your child to externalize their thoughts. Whether through writing or drawing, the act of putting a worry on paper is a powerful step in emotional regulation. After they use the notepad, they crinkle the page and put it in the pouch, as a representation of “shrinking, releasing and putting their worry to rest”.

• The Booster Surprise: In Granny’s pouch their is a wooden ladybug sticker and a mantra card. This serves as a small reminder of how they can have control over their worries. Your child can place this sticker on a book, mirror, shelf etc.

• The Letter from Granny Freckles: A message to help your child understand Granny’s role as a companion in their emotional journey.

The idea is that children can shrink their worries, release them into the pouch, and put them to rest. In the future, I plan to expand this concept with additional characters and learning tools, all centered around that same comforting presence.
